MiaoYu Publisher is a private tool used only by the owner of the MiaoYu China YouTube channel to upload and schedule the channel's own videos.
With the owner's authorization, the tool uses the YouTube Data API to read basic information about the authorized channel and its uploads, and to upload videos and set their titles, descriptions, tags and publish times.
The OAuth token is stored only on the owner's own computers. No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. The tool does not collect any data from other users or viewers.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. MiaoYu Publisher's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube's own handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
